Dr. Lince received Christ on Aug.14, 1975 at the age of 25. Before receiving Christ, Dr. Lince served in Viet-Nam with the United States Marine Corps during 1968-69. He also attended the University of Michigan for two years, studying American History, and Physical Education. His life's goal before receiving Christ was to be a Physical Education teacher and coach at High School. After receiving Christ, Dr. Lince left the University of Michigan and enrolled at Midwestern Baptist College. After two years at Midwestern, he was shocked to discover they rejected the King James Bible, and soon left. After that, Dr. Lince sat under Pastor Dr. Herbert Noe and attended the Galilean Baptist Institute for one year. Dr. Noe later told him of Pensacola Bible Institute (PBI). In 1980, Dr. Lince enrolled at PBI. In 1983, Dr. Lince received his Bachelor of Divinity from PBI, and two years later, he earned his Master of Theology from PBI. In 1991, Dr. Lince earned his Ph.D from Temple Baptist Seminary. Dr. Lince had various experiences in the ministry, including three years at the Detroit Rescue Mission, two years at the Atmore Alabama State Prison and one year at Grace Baptist Church in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He also started Victory Baptist Church in Dyersburg Tennessee and ran an ACE day school. Dr. Lince was the Pastor of Bridgeport Baptist Church from 1986-2005. There is no doubt in the mind of the board of directors or the instructors here at TBDI that Dr. Lince was one of the greatest expository Bible Preachers this country has ever known. His unending service and dedication to the church and this Bible Institute will never be forgotten. Many of us associated with this school would not be the Christians we are today if it had not been for his leadership, encouragement and prayers. Dr. Lince passed away July 27, 2005.

DR. DAVID L. PEACOCK - President

Teaches: I Corinthians, I, II, III John, I & II Thessalonians

The President of The Bible Doctrine Institute is Dr. David L. Peacock. Dr. David Peacock trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour at the age of 7, when he was led to the Lord by his father, a Baptist Pastor and Evangelist. In March of 1992 Dr. Peacock founded and began pastoring Bible Believer's Baptist Church of Jacksonville, Florida. In April of 1996, the Lord led him to leave the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office as a Captain, after 17 years of service, to continue his full-time pastoring of the church. Dr. Peacock earned his Bachelor of Divinity Degrees from the Blue Ridge Bible Institute and the Charity Baptist Bible Institute and Seminary. He earned his Master of Theology Degree in May of 1998, and his Doctor of Theology Degree in January of 2000, both from the Blue Ridge Bible Institute. Dr. Peacock served as the Vice President of BRBI while Dr. Lince was living and helped establish Bible institutes with Dr. Lince in the Philippines and Romania. It is Dr. Peacock's desire to carry on with what Dr. Lince started.

PASTOR MIKE WHEELER - Vice President

Teaches: Philippians, Colossians, I & II Peter, Local Church, Old & New Testament Survey

Pastor Mike Wheeler serves as the Vice President of The Bible Doctrine Institute. Pastor Wheeler was saved around the age of 15, and was called to preach in November of 1989. He graduated from the Pensacola Bible Institute with a Bachelor of Divinity Degree in 1993, and pastored the First Baptist Church of Erie, Kansas from 1993 to 1998. He was ordained into the Gospel Ministry by Bible Baptist Church, Pensacola, Florida in 1995, and earned his Master of Theology Degree from the Blue Ridge Bible Institute in 1999. He hosted the International Sunday School Hour, a local radio broadcast in North Carolina for 5 years, taught classes at the annual Preachers school hosted by BRBI, and is currently the pastor of Bridgeport Baptist Church in Valdese, North Carolina.

DR. VINCE MASSA

Teaches: John, II Corinthians

Dr. Vince Massa was saved in February 1973. In 1977 he surrendered to Preach and began attending Midwestern Baptist College of Pontiac, Michigan. He graduated in 1981 with a B.R.E. Degree. From 1981 to 1983 Dr. Massa served as an assistant Pastor and began the Calvary Baptist Church in Gobbles, Michigan. In 1983 he began the Landmark Baptist Church, of which he is currently the Pastor. Dr. Massa also pastored the Bible Baptist Church in Queens, New York from 1996-1999. He is the President and Founder of Frontline Bible Institute in Stamford, Connecticut, and for 10 years has conducted a prison ministry in the state of Connecticut, which is reaching men with the Gospel and training men to preach. In November of 1999 he received a Master of Theology degree, and in January of 2000 he received a Doctor of Theology degree both from the Blue Ridge Bible Institute.

DR. GREG ESTEP

Teaches: Daniel, Matthew, Rightly Dividing

Dr. Greg Estep was the pastor of the Charity Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio, for over 25 years. He is the Founder and President emeritus of the Charity Baptist Bible Institute and Seminary. Dr. Estep holds earned degrees from Ohio State University in English and a Master and a Doctor of Divinity Degree from the Galilean Baptist Seminary in Westlake, Louisiana.

Rev. BRAD GROSS, M.Th.

Teaches: Bible Cults

Rev. Brad Gross trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour in 1984. He is a Computer Consultant / Programmer for the State of Florida and the Treasurer and a Trustee of Bible Believers Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Natural Science from the University of North Florida in 1977. He earned a Bachelor of Divinity Degree in January of 1999 and a Master of Theology Degree in January of 2000 from the Blue Ridge Bible Institute. In July 2008 he earned a second Bachelor of Divinity Degree from Charity Baptist Bible Institute and Seminary. He was ordained to the Ministry by Bible Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida, and is responsible for the computer layout and design of several Christian books and the reformatting of the Blue Ridge Bible Institute.

DR. DAVID E. WALKER

Teaches: Genesis

Dr. David Walker trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour when he was a child, and was called to preach in his teen years. He graduated from the Pensacola Bible Institute in 1995 with a Bachelor of Divinity degree, and has served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and now pastors Calvary Baptist Church in Monticello, Florida. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2001, earned his Master of Theology degree in 2003 and his Doctorate of Theology in 2004 both from BRBI.
